TWC Customer Award 2015
Collaboration is always a powerful way to increase tourism. Therefore, PT. TWC Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko created an award called the "TWC Customer Award 2015." In 2015, PT TWC successfully attracted 3.558.690 local visitors and 3.616.900 international tourists. This figure is higher than the previous year. The theme of this award is "Partnership in Harmony," which reflects togetherness.
The awards ceremony was held at the Kinara-Kinara Resto Rama Shinta Stage, TWC Prambanan, on Friday evening (January 22nd). The winners were awarded prizes and pins, which are expected to be useful for the recipients. The awards were presented by Mr. Sahala Parlindungan Siahaan (Director of Marketing and Cooperation), Retno Hardiasiwi (Director of Operations), Purwanto (Director of Finance and Administration), and Emilia Eny Utari (Head of Marketing).
Siahaan explained the importance of cooperation between PT TWC and partners to enter the MEA era in 2016 so that visitor numbers can be controlled.
Meanwhile, Marketing Head Emilia Eny Utari stated that Prambanan Temple attracted 1.923.082 visitors in 2015, out of a target of 1.627.400. Ratu Boko attracted 5.731.676 visitors out of a target of 5.474.200.
Awards were also given for the best collaboration in the Prambanan Area Business Unit, which was awarded to the Indonesian Bird Conservation Association, SMP N 3 Gamping Sleman Yogyakarta, and SD Muhammadiyah Demangan Yogyakarta. The best collaboration category in the Performance and Show Unit was awarded to Krisna Tour and Travel with a contribution of Rp 411.775.000. The transportation unit was awarded to Galih Ayu Tour & Travel, Mahendra Your, and Go Vacation Indonesia Tour and Travel.
