PKBL TWC Hands Over Generator Assistance to Sunan Kalijaga Mosque

BUMN Present for the Country, frequent power outages at the Sunan Kalijaga Mosque have now been resolved with the provision of a Genset unit provided by PKBL TWC

"Thank God, there are no more blackouts with the help of the generator."

That is what Bambang Sarwo Edy, Head of the Partnership Program & Community Development (PKBL) Division of PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko said after providing assistance of one generator unit at the Sunan Kalijaga Mosque, Surodadi Hamlet, Wukirsari Cangkringan, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Tuesday, (06/02/2018).

Furthermore, Edy said that today PKBL TWC provided assistance at three points, the first was the handover of one LCD unit to the Muraqabatul Munawwarah Bendosari Srimartani Piyungan Bantul Yogyakarta Mosque, the assistance was received directly by the mosque caretaker, the second was the symbolic handover of assistance in the form of sand, cement, stone, iron and gabion wire to an area affected by landslides in Gunung Sempu Wedomartani Ngemplak Sleman Yogyakarta Hamlet and the third was the handover of one Genset unit to the Sunan Kalijaga Mosque, Surodadi Wukirsarai Cangkringan Sleman Yogyakarta Hamlet.

The three assistances are the Environmental Development program from the public facilities development sector and natural disaster victims PKBl TWC, why was the assistance given because it was in accordance with the conditions at that time, for sand materials and so on because they were affected by landslides. Said Edy.

In addition, Edy also said that the recipients of the aid were very grateful that the aid had been received and were very happy with the aid and would take good care of the aid that had been given to PT Taman Wisata Candi Boroudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko.

The recipients of the generator assistance were very happy because the area often had power outages, so this assistance made them very grateful and they did not have power outages again when there was a power outage, so they could still carry out worship and teaching and reciting the Koran as scheduled.

PKBL TWC itself is part of the BUMN Hadir Untuk Negeri program in the first environmental development sector regarding natural disasters and public facilities for what is being done today.
