TWC Student Achievement Acceleration Program Boosts Students' Readiness to Face National Exams
After 2 months of preparation to face the National Exam, the participants of the Student Achievement Acceleration Program from 3 Elementary Schools, namely Salakan Elementary School, Perumnas 3 Elementary School and Sengon Elementary School today refreshed themselves by touring the Prambanan Temple Tourism Park. They toured the Prambanan Temple Tourism Park, watched a movie at the Sewu Temple Audio Visual and played games in the Sewu Temple courtyard. As part of the BUMN Hadir Untuk Negeri program, the collaboration program between TWC, TWC PKBL, TWC Prambanan, TWC Cultural Heritage Division and TWC Media is expected to be beneficial and proof that TWC has been present in the midst of society to jointly build the country. This was conveyed by the Head of the TWC CSR Sub-Division, Ismiyati.
“The Student Achievement Acceleration Program is a PKBL program in the field of education. We work together with tutoring for learning assistance in facing the National Examination. We provide additional learning for approximately 2 months. Until finally the National Examination is completed. Currently, we take our children outside for a moment to refresh them after struggling hard to face the National Examination and at the same time prepare themselves mentally to continue to the next level of education. With the hope that this program is a form of BUMN present for the Country. It can be useful and proof that TWC has been present in the midst of society to build the country together. "Ismiyati said.
This Student Achievement Acceleration is a booster. With this Student Achievement Acceleration, we try to encourage them with learning assistance so that their NEM achievement is expected to increase. After approximately 2 months of them being in the process of assistance and learning, today we take them to be able to release all that burden with recreation. We take this recreation to Sewu Temple which is still in the same complex at Prambanan Temple Tourism Park, in collaboration with BPCB Central Java, TWC Cultural Heritage Division and TWC Media which already has the Ayo Wisata ke Candi package. Alhamdulillah their response was happy, there were games that were fun. We gave door prizes and they were happy. Hopefully after this learning assistance process, their achievement can be improved so that the learning process can be improved again. The hope is of course that this Student Achievement Acceleration Program can be a pilot project for other agencies, because there are still many other schools that need assistance. The principal of Perumnas 3 Elementary School, Agus Wiyanto, said that with this program, children are better prepared to face the National Exam.
"The impact on our children is very visible. If yesterday from their daily lives they did not have the responsibility to face the National Exam that they would be carrying out, but after guidance from TWC the children have started to be organized and have the spirit and confidence to face the National Exam which at that time was perhaps considered a specter. With guidance from TWC, they are very confident and they are very ready to face the National Exam yesterday. " said the Head of SD Perumnas 3 Agus Wiyanto.
