Operational Management of the Agung Besakih Temple Area Management in Bali today had an audience with PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan and Ratu Boko (Persero). The group led by I Wayan Ngawit, Acting Operational Manager of the Agung Besakih Temple Area Management in Bali was received by the Corporate Secretary of PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan and Ratu Boko (Persero) Achmad Muchlis along with his staff.
"We are from the Operational Management of the Agung Besakih Temple Area in Bali, because we manage the Agung Besakih Temple, one of the tourist destinations in Bali, precisely in Besakih Village, Karangasem Bali. We are new in managing the destination object. Our existence is in accordance with Pergub 51 of 2016, we were officially established on December 26, 2016, but for operations we have been running since January 1, 2017. In that management we need a lot of references, learning, and this is one of our goals in visiting the Temple Tourism Park to conduct an audience, to gain knowledge on how to manage a tourist destination object for the progress of a tourist object in Bali even though Bali is already a very famous destination but we, especially in operational management, have only been around for 1,5 years." Said I Wayan Ngawit.
Furthermore, I Wayan Ngawit said that learning about tourism destination management is very necessary.
"That's why we really need to learn from everything about how to manage to regulate one of them economic zones, cleanliness, parks, including how to differentiate ticket sales for domestic and foreign tourists. We also learn about administration and how to manage good, accountable and reliable finances," added I Wayan Ngawit.
TWC Corporate Secretary Achmad Muchlis in the event explained about the Company PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan and Ratu Boko (Persero). Achmad Muchlis also appreciated the visit from the Operational Management of the Agung Besakih Temple Area Management in Bali as a form of brotherhood.
“We in Prambanan have a spiritual bond with those in Bali, including those in Ratu Boko, so this is a form of our brotherhood. Therefore, we as the management of PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan and Ratu Boko (Persero) would like to express our gratitude and appreciation for the visit of all of you here. For the future vision, we are asked to develop into the Indonesia Heritage Management Corporation. Not only managing 3 temples, it is expected to manage other heritages, both nationally and then developing regionally. Hopefully, we can do this in the future and perhaps we can also synergize. In addition to the 3 temples, we will cooperate with temples, palaces and others and can be new destinations in Indonesia or at the regional level. "said Achmad Muchlis.
