Prambanan International Yoga Day 2018, TWC President Director Edy Setijono, "From Prambanan, the commemoration of the International Day of Yoga 2018 is expected to be an inspiration for world peace and unity."
Today, Sunday, June 24, 2018, at the Garuda Mandala Field, Prambanan Temple Tourism Park, the Prambanan International Yoga Day 2018 event took place. This event is the peak of the International Yoga Day commemoration in Indonesia.

“As we know in September 2014, Indian PM Narendra Modi proposed the start of the International Day of Yoga to promote international peace and cooperation. His request was granted at the UN General Assembly in December 2014 with a resolution from 117 member countries including Indonesia to promote the importance of Yoga for physical health and for world peace and development. For the first time on June 21, 2015, the International Day of Yoga was celebrated by the world with a Guinness record breaking of almost 36.000 participants in New Delhi, India. In 2018, the International Day of Yoga around the world entered its 4th year.” Added Edy Setijono.

In 2018, PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (Persero) became the organizer of several international events. These events are expected to echo various messages to the international world.
