TWC Partners with 3 Banks in Ticket Purchase Services

To facilitate ticket purchases at Taman Wisata Candi, PT TWC provides ticket payment services with cash and non-cash systems. For this payment system, TWC collaborates with BRI, Bank Mandiri, and BNI.

“At the Prambanan Temple Tourism Park counter, we make it easier for tourists to serve. There are cash and non-cash payments via debit or credit cards, we serve all of them. So we have installed several EDCs here. From Bank Mandiri, BRI and BNI. For the time being, we have installed them to serve visitors who visit Prambanan. So far, everything has gone smoothly. So both cash and non-cash ticket purchase services here have all run smoothly. During this holiday, there were no complaints from visitors. We hope that this system will run well and there will be no complaints from visitors. " said General Manager of Prambanan Temple Tourism Park Aryono Hendro.

Aryono added that this system applies both at domestic and foreign tourist counters.

“So in these 2 counters we place the same EDC for both domestic and foreign tourists. With this, visitors can choose, they will pay cash or non-cash. For complaints until now there have been no, yesterday during the Eid holiday everything went smoothly. There were no complaints from visitors either in cash or non-cash payments. The total counters that we open normally for a season like this are 5-6 counters. But during peak season we open 8 counters for domestic tourists and 2 counters for foreign tourists. " added Aryono Hendro.
