The Procurement Division of PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (Persero) will carry out the Tender for Design and Build Construction Services as follows:

A. Work Packages

• Job Name: Construction Services Design and Build of Four Star Hotel
• Location: Affandi Street, Gejayan, Yogyakarta
• Total HPS Value: Rp. 98.511.600.000,00 (Ninety eight billion five hundred eleven million six hundred thousand rupiah), including applicable taxes.
• Budget : 2018

B. Participant Requirements

This Procurement Package is open to providers registered with the master vendor PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (Persero) and meet the following requirements:

• Business License: Integrated Construction Services / KSO Construction Services and Architectural Planning Services with Lead Firm from Construction Services Company
• Qualifications: Minimum B1
• Classification: Building Construction Services

C. Registration and Registration

For companies that do not yet have an ID, they can register with the electronic procurement system of PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (Persero) via the website. http://procurement.borobudurpark.com/

For companies that already have an ID, they can register as tender participants by sending a letter of interest to div.pengadaan@borobudurpark.co.id with the letter format as attached.

• Document Collection: November 23, 2018 after 13.00 (downloaded via the web https://injourneydestination.id/category/pengadaan-barang-jasa/ )
• Job Description/ aanwijzing: November 28, 2018 at 09.00 WIB
• Submission of Offer: December 12, 2018 (according to Invitation)
