Indian Deputy Foreign Minister HE Mrs. Vijay Thakur Singh Visits Borobudur Temple

Indian Deputy Foreign Minister HE Mrs. Vijay Thakur Singh together with his entourage visited the Borobudur Temple Tourism Park on Monday, January 21, 2019.

During his visit, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of India was accompanied by HE Mr. Pradeep Kumar Rawat (Ambassador of India), Mr. Prakash Gupta (Deputy Ambassador), Mr. Aftab Alam (Staff of the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs from India), Mrs. Shruti Pandey (Embassy Officer) and Ivory.

Indian Deputy Foreign Minister HE Mrs. Vijay Thakur Singh was welcomed directly by the General Manager of the Borobudur Unit I Gusti Putu Ngurah Sedana. On this occasion, I Gusti Putu Ngurah Sedana presented souvenirs and followed by a photo session with HE Mrs. Vijay Thakur Singh.

The event then continued with a tour of Borobudur Temple. HE Mrs. Vijay Thakur Singh appeared enthusiastic as she listened to the explanation of the reliefs at Borobudur Temple.

It is hoped that this visit will have a significant impact on the promotion of Borobudur Temple in India, which will ultimately increase the number of tourist visits from India.
