ANNOUNCEMENT Number 3218/PF.201/X/2019 dated October 2, 2019
The Procurement Division of PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (Persero) will carry out RETENDER as follows:
A. Work Packages
- Job Name : Construction Services (Design & Build conditional) Office Development
- Location: Jl. Padjajaran, Yogyakarta
- Service Users: PT Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko Temple Tourism Park (Persero)
- Budget: 2019 to 2020 (Multiyears)
- Budget Ceiling: Rp. 32.857.000.000,00 (thirty two billion eight hundred fifty seven thousand rupiah)
- Project Delivery System : Conditional Design & Build. (Design MUST refer to the Pre-Design Document from PT TWC. Contractor may propose design development and preparation of DED based on pre-design drawings, and coordination with PT TWC Planning Consultant who prepared the pre-design drawings).
B. Participant Requirements
This procurement package is open to service providers registered on MASTER VENDOR PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (Persero) and meets the following requirements:
1. Have Resources for Design and Construction simultaneously in the pre-qualification process and subsequent tender process. Specifically for design activities can be done in the following ways:
- Design independently (in-house design) in full for service providers who have an Integrated Construction Business Classification
- Design in collaboration with Planning Consultants
2. Have a minimum qualification of M2 in Construction Services for Building Construction
3. Have Done upload company documents into the system eprocurement in the form of:
- Construction Services Business License (SIUJK)
- Integrity Pact signed by the Company's Management and stamped with a 6000 stamp
- Company Deed of Establishment and Latest Deed of Amendment
- Certification of Business Entities according to the required qualifications
- Certificate of Company Registration
- Taxpayer Identification Number / Decree of the Director General of Taxes regarding the confirmation of entrepreneurs as Taxable Entrepreneurs (PKP)
C. Registration and Registration
For companies that do not yet have an ID, they can register with the Electronic Procurement System of PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (Persero) via the website. http://procurement.borobudurpark.com/ and confirm with Mr. Wiskuntadi (087843275863) or Mr. Aditya (081392699961).
Companies that have registered canupload company legality documents into the system and send a Letter of Interest and Integrity Pact in the attached format via email to div.pengadaan@borobudurpark.co.id .
For companies that have passed prequalification in the previous tender and are interested in re-registering, there is no need to re-prequalify, but... mandatory send a new Letter of Interest and Integrity Pact via email to div.pengadaan@borobudurpark.co.id.
D. Procurement Stage Schedule
The procurement stages are carried out according to the following schedule:
- Announcement: October 2, 2019
- Online Registration, and Registration (Submission of Letter of Interest): October 3, 2019 to October 9, 2019.
- Submission of Letter of Statement of Interest & Integrity Pact: October 3, 2019 until no later than October 9, 2019 at 18.00 WIB (received by email).
- Submission of Invitations & Aanwijzing: 10 October 2019
- Retender Document Collection: October 11, 2019 (download via website)
- Job Description (aanwijzing): October 15, 2019
