TWC Commissioner and CEO Visit PTPN XII Malang

President Commissioner of PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (Persero) Kacung Marijan together with President Director Edy Setijono visited the PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII area, Malang, East Java, Sunday (26/1/2020). This visit was made after the group participated in the Synergy Touring 2020 activity held by Pertamina.

The TWC group was welcomed directly by Wonosari Tea Plantation Manager Nelson Limbong. The group was then invited to tour the PTPN tea plantation located on the slopes of Mount Arjuna, Malang, East Java.

While using a double-axle car, the group toured the 1000 hectare tea plantation area.

The TWC group was also invited to tour the tea processing factory that had been harvested at the Wonosari Tea Factory. The factory, which has been established since 1912, is still actively producing the best quality tea that is the pride of the country.

The tea production results of Wonosari Factory, Malang, have been exported to several countries in the world. Almost 70 percent of tea production in this place is exported. While the rest is distributed to domestic companies, to become independent products or raw materials for other products.

Wonosari Tea Plantation Manager Nelson Limbong welcomed the arrival of the TWC group. "Hopefully the cooperation and friendship will continue in the future," he said.
