The National Standardization Agency (BSN) team conducted an industrial visit to PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan and Ratu Boko (Persero), Thursday (13/11/2020). This visit was a form of friendship established by BSN and PT TWC as a company that implements SNI.

The BSN group was welcomed at Keraton Ratu Boko. Then continued with dinner at Rama Shinta Garden Resto.

In his speech, the Director of Finance, HR & Investment of PT Palwoto said that PT TWC has relatively zero fraud. This is certainly inseparable from the implementation of SNI ISO 37001:2016.

In line with this, the Head of BSN Kukuh S. Ahmad said that a company needs a high level of commitment to be able to consistently implement SNI ISO 37001:2016.

"This standard is very specific. When PT TWC has implemented this standard and obtained certification, it proves that PT TWC management is committed to working professionally, without bribery, and prioritizing customer interests, to be able to enjoy the tourist area managed by PT TWC," Kukuh explained.

In the implementation of SNI, Palwoto said that on the one hand there is pride, but on the other hand it is the responsibility of PT TWC, because this is not only a standard that we must implement, but in the implementation of programs and mechanisms for managing this tourism business, it is a necessity.

In addition to SNI ISO 37001:2016, PT TWC has also implemented SNI ISO 90001:2015. "If we have implemented SNI ISO 90001:2015 regarding the quality management system, then the management commitment at PT TWC can no longer be doubted, especially in the context of providing excellent service to PT TWC customers." Kukuh said.

"I am very grateful to BSN. Since the beginning, we have been really supervised, synergistically we have been coached, so that until today we have standardization of service, product quality, and employee and official behavior. Hopefully, this can be maintained so that in managing this destination we can provide the best service." Palwoto concluded.
