PT TWC CONDUCTS KPKU EVALUATION TO IMPROVE EFFECTIVENESS AND CAPABILITY
A company with superior competitiveness must have a superior program to improve company performance. To see the development of the company, it can be realized by carrying out measurements and recording complete guidelines to improve the effectiveness and capabilities of a company.
This is also done by PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (Persero). The company that manages the world heritage site area wants to take definite steps to realize a professional and global Indonesia Heritage Management Corporation.
To fulfill this, PT TWC is implementing the Evaluation of Superior Performance Assessment Criteria (KPKU). The program, which runs until January 30, 2021, aims to compile assessment prerequisites to achieve quality improvements to the existing system.
President Director of PT TWC Edy Setijono said that this process must be carried out wholeheartedly and responsibly. "A very important activity that we must carry out to organize strategies and ensure that what we have is in line with achieving business goals," explained Edy when opening the activity which was carried out online, Friday (22/1/2021).
The 2021 KPKU evaluation is in collaboration with the BUMN Excellence Forum (FEB) with Assessor Chair Fuad Salim from PT Semen Indonesia Group and Prima Bagus Indarjaya as Deputy Chair from PT TWC. Meanwhile, the assessor team members consist of Sri Isminah, Sylvianti Ika Pratiwi and Jatmiko who come from across directorates.
"We ask for professional assessor guidance from SIG because last year they received the title of Industry Leader (IL) for achieving the Excellence performance level referring to the KPKU set by the Ministry of SOEs. Hopefully we can follow suit this year," said Deputy Chairman of the Prima Bagus Team.
KPKU BUMN is a guideline for managing and controlling performance towards improving the effectiveness and capability of BUMN as a whole. The steps for implementing KPKU are continued by documenting the entire process through the preparation of KPKU documents, then continuing with assessments and building a system based on assessment results.
