Dharma Yoga in the Courtyard of Ratu Boko Palace and Borobudur Temple, Celebrating International Yoga Day 2023

General Manager of Prambanan & Ratu Boko, I Gusti Putu Ngurah Sedana said that the atmosphere at Ratu Boko Palace is very suitable for doing Yoga.

"We insert educational messages carved on the Lalitavistara relief of Borobudur Temple about meditation. Being in the cultural heritage environment of the Borobudur Temple Tourism Park complex, of course we also take inspiration from the existing reliefs, then we apply them in positive activities such as Yoga," he said.
He said the environment and atmosphere of the place to do Yoga activities are very important elements. Of course, a place is needed that is full of tranquility and supportive natural conditions.
