Realizing Harmonization of Spatial Planning Utilization to Support Tourism Development
PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan and Ratu Boko collaborated with the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency to organize Focus Group Discussions (FGD) policy related to the Suitability of Spatial Utilization Activities (KKPR) at The Manohara Hotel Yogyakarta, Thursday (26/10/2023).
The activity was opened by the Director General (Dirjen) of Spatial Planning of the Ministry of ATR/BPN Gabriel Tribawa and the Director of Operations and Infrastructure Development of PT TWC Mardijono Nugroho. In addition, this activity was attended by the Director of Spatial Utilization Synchronization of the Ministry of ATR/BPN Rahma Julianti and VP of Legal and Compliance of PT TWC Destantiana Nurina.
The Conformity of Spatial Utilization Activities (KKPR) is the basis that becomes a new reference in carrying out business establishment permits as a replacement for location permits and spatial utilization permits in building and managing land.
KKPR is the basis for investment realization in Indonesia. The implementation of space utilization is carried out in accordance with the provisions contained in the KKPR document so that a better regional space can be realized.
National Strategic Area is a form of regional security intervention whose spatial planning is prioritized because it has a national influence. The Borobudur and Prambanan areas are included in the KSN, to encourage the growth of quality tourism.

We are paying attention to this, especially since Borobudur and Prambanan have become National Strategic Areas,” Gabriel Tribawa, Director General of Spatial Planning at the Ministry of ATR/BPN.
