Collaboration on Land Acquisition for Kujon Borobudur Art Village
A total of 50 plots of land were cleared for the construction of the Borobudur Art Village in Kujon Hamlet, Borobudur, Magelang, Central Java. The land clearance was carried out directly at the Borobudur Village Hall, Magelang, Central Java, Wednesday (10/1/2024).
This land acquisition is a collaboration between the Central Java Provincial Government, the Magelang National Land Agency, the Magelang Regency Government, PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan and Ratu Boko, and the Borobudur Village Government.
Commitment Making Officer and Director of Finance, Risk Management and Human Resources of PT TWC Mohamad Nur Sodiq said there were 50 plots of land that were released. A total of 37 plots of 4 hectares were released by PT TWC. Meanwhile, the Central Java Provincial Government released 13 other plots of land.
"With the proportion of TWC freeing the total with the waqf land, it is 37 plots, while the Provincial Government freed 13 plots of land. Alhamdulillah, the process that we have been going through since November until today can be completed well, transparently and accountably," he explained.
Meanwhile, the budget for the payment of compensation for the land acquisition for the construction of the Borobudur Art Village comes from four parties, namely PT TWC, the Central Java Provincial Government, the Magelang Regency Government and the Borobudur Village Government. Meanwhile, the calculation per meter has been determined by the Public Appraisal Services Office (KJPP).
"There are several classes, starting from those in front of the district road, some inside, but the lowest range is IDR 1,7 million to IDR 2,8 million. That takes into account the market price and all objects in the land. Starting from plants, if there are buildings, they are also calculated. We follow what is determined by KJPP," continued Mohamad Nur Sodiq.
According to the plan, Borobudur Art Village will be built on 10 hectares of land. This market will be equipped with kiosks, a museum, a parking area for tourist vehicles and an art performance venue.
One of the recipients of compensation money, Haryono, said the affected land measuring 810 square meters was an inheritance from his parents. The UGR money, he said, will be used to buy the land back. Then, it will be divided among his two children.
"All citizens are used for the country to remain sincere. Kena 810 square meters, UGR Rp 1,3 billion," he concluded.
