Prambanan Jazz Festival: A Decade Together
Prambanan Jazz Festival is an international scale music celebration that was first held 9 years ago (2015) at Prambanan Temple, Yogyakarta. A dream that came true through the collaborative process of Prambanan Temple's masterpiece as World Heritage with musical works of art owned by legendary international and national musicians that have been presented.
The Prambanan Jazz Festival will be held on July 5-7, 2024. Not only national and international musicians can perform on the Prambanan Jazz Festival stage, but also performances “emerging talent” homeland. Local Hero also also participated in appearing in "Submission Program” namely, Borneo Goes to Prambanan Jazz, Jawara Jakarta, Baku Nada and auditions for teenagers aged 7 to 16 years in the I'm Jazz A Kids program. Different from previous years, this year's Prambanan Jazz will present 3 stages. in the Prambanan Temple area, namely the Special Show Stage, Festival Stage and NAVASRPM Stage. This is a form of Prambanan Jazz's response to be able to invite PJF Lovers to enjoy this togetherness in a variety of performer choices. "Special Show Stage" will be back to provide this intimate and exclusive celebration of togetherness together with line up choice.
The NAVASRPM stage is a collaboration between RPM Records which operates in the music field with its best line up and NAVAS Asia which operates in the event experience organizer field will together present the uniqueness of the NAVASRPM stage and enliven the Prambanan Jazz performance this time.
A DECADE TOGETHER, will accommodate all audiences and performers from various cities, countries by bringing various cultures, languages and costumes. This will indirectly provide a strong and inherent visual, verbal, energy exchange. One Decade Together is a form of response to the "lasting" of this event starting from the artists involved to the performers and audiences who attend in one decade with Prambanan Jazz. Collaboration with sponsors, artists, artists, UMKM, and all parties involved will certainly be a beautiful synergy in togetherness enjoying the music that echoes in the sky of Prambanan Temple.
Prambanan Jazz became a pioneer “family friendly event" which is child and disability friendly. Of course this is supported by adequate facilities, ranging from toilets, prayer rooms, lactation rooms, kids areas or playgrounds, with smoke-free areas. This is also supported by UNESCO regulations with its regulations that the Prambanan Temple area is a smoke-free tourist area.
