Injourney Destination Management Distributes 3100 Food Packages for Underprivileged Communities in the Taman Wisata Candi & TMII Area

PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan and Ratu Boko (PT TWC) or Injourney Destination Management (IDM) distributed basic food packages to underprivileged communities around the Prambanan Temple, Borobudur Temple and also Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) destinations.

This activity, which is carried out every Ramadan before the Eid al-Fitr holiday, is a Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) Injourney Destination Management program which is in line with the pillars of social development in Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) or Sustainable Development Goals aiming to eradicate hunger and fulfill the primary needs of people's households, ahead of Eid al-Fitr 1445 Hijri.

Distribution of basic food packages program TWC Care TWC Share This was done at three points simultaneously, namely at Rakai Pikatan Field, Prambanan for the Prambanan area and its surroundings, at the Borobudur TWC Unit Office for the Borobudur area, and the Sasono Langen Budoyo Building for the Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) area. The parcels distributed consisted of basic ingredients including rice, cooking oil, granulated sugar, instant noodles, tea, and bread.

Corporate Secretary, AY Suhartanto, in his speech explained that this activity, which has been routinely carried out every year, is a momentum to establish relationships with the community around the company as well as a form of responsibility and gratitude from the company to the community.

"The month of Ramadan is a momentum to share more happiness with others. We do this, not only to fulfill our obligations as a BUMN, but also as an entity that is always present in the midst of society and helps ease their socio-economic burden," explained AY Suhartanto.

TWC Gift Package Care TWC Share This was distributed to 3.100 underprivileged residents, with details of 1000 packages for residents in Borobudur District; 1600 packages for residents in Prambanan Klaten District, Prambanan Sleman District and Kalasan District; and 500 packages for residents around TMII, East Jakarta.

"The distribution of basic necessities is very useful for us in welcoming Eid. The hope is that this activity will continue, so that it can continue to have an impact on the surrounding community," explained Listianingsih, a resident of Kokosan Village, one of the recipients of basic necessities assistance in the Prambanan area.

In this month of Ramadan, Injourney Destination Management also distributed hundreds of iftar meals (takjil) in Sleman and Borobudur, Magelang, Central Java as well as Pengajian Nuzulul Quran in collaboration with Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). In the activity that was continued with breaking the fast together, Injourney Destination Management also provided educational assistance and lebaran clothing packages for 50 orphans in Prambanan, Sleman.

The compensation was given directly by the Director of Finance, Risk Management and HR Mohamad Nur Shodiq accompanied by the Corporate Secretary of PT TWC AY Suhartanto.

"This activity is a form of fighting for religious values ​​for the common good. Let us all strive and continue to grow these values, both in personal life and life in the work environment, so that we are all close to the predicate of piety by Allah SWT," explained Mohamad Nur Shodiq.
