Pancasila as Company Policy Guidelines Brings Positive Impact to Society
PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan and Ratu Boko held a ceremony to commemorate Pancasila Sanctity Day at the TWC Head Office, Sleman, Yogyakarta, Tuesday (1/10/2024). The ceremony, which was attended by all PT TWC employees, was a commemoration of Pancasila Sanctity Day, which this year took the theme Together with Pancasila We Realize a Golden Indonesia.
Director of Finance and Risk Management of PT TWC Joel Siahaan, who acted as the ceremony instructor, advised to remember the historical event that emphasized the meaning of the Sanctity of Pancasila as the foundation of the nation's ideology, a pillar that maintains the integrity of the state, and a guideline in every step of development that we undertake.
"Pancasila is a strong foundation that unites us in diversity, maintains harmony, and directs us towards common goals," he explained.
According to him, the theme "Together with Pancasila we will create a golden Indonesia", is very relevant to the current vision of the Indonesian nation, namely realizing Golden Indonesia 2045. This vision, which marks 100 years of Indonesian independence, needs to be supported by every person by always adhering to the values of Pancasila, which is a moral compass in realizing a just and prosperous society.
"Pancasila must be a guideline for all of us to achieve Golden Indonesia which can only be realized if all elements of the nation unite, work together, and maintain the spirit of mutual cooperation," he explained.
The embodiment of the noble values of Pancasila is directly derived into core values AKHLAK that must be applied in the work culture of every BUMN company. All aspects of AKHLAK culture together form the identity and reputation of BUMN and become agents of positive change in the country's economic and social development.
The Director of Finance and Risk Management of PT TWC emphasized that in the context of PT TWC, these values must be reflected in every step, action and policy that the company takes to ensure that the existence of PT TWC has a positive impact on the wider community.
"PT TWC has a big responsibility to support the achievement of Indonesia Emas. Through preservation, management of cultural heritage and other destinations, we not only maintain historical heritage, but also play an active role in the development of sustainable tourism that provides economic, social and environmental benefits to the community," he concluded.
