Synergy of PT TWC with BPKP DIY Optimizes Corporate Governance Commitment
PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan and Ratu Boko synergize with the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) of the Special Region of Yogyakarta to implement Entry Meeting Assessment Good Corporate Governance (GCG) at the PT TWC Head Office, Sleman, Yogyakarta, Thursday (27/2/2025).
This activity is part of the company's commitment to implementing accountability, transparency and integrity in the implementation of the company's work which is carried out to initiate assessment implementation of GCG in 2023.
Coordinator of Supervision of State Accountants at the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) of the Special Region of Yogyakarta, Puji Yuwono, said that the activities exposure this is an obligation before Entry Meeting assessment GCG is in accordance with the supervisory assignment management (MPP) at BPKP RI.
"This activity has become his obligation before Entry Meeting which is useful for gaining a common understanding regarding the company's business processes, the extent to which the company implements risk management and the scope of the supervisory activities to be carried out," he explained.
In his remarks, Governance & Risk Group Head of PT TWC Cahyo Sunarko said that this activity was the initial stage of implementing the GCG assessment for the 2024 financial year.
"This is a routine activity carried out together and in direct coordination with BPKP DI Yogyakarta. We thank BPKP who has been assisting us in conducting GCG assessments since 2014 and has become our partner in GCG assistance," he explained.
During this process, the assessment team will submit the necessary documents to be reviewed by the DIY BPKP team.
"If some confirmation is needed, we are also ready to provide assistance," he continued.
