InJourney Destination Management Improves Corporate Governance Through a Regulatory Compliance System (RCS) Implementation Workshop

As part of its ongoing commitment to maintaining integrity and regulatory compliance, InJourney Destination Management (IDM) held a Regulatory Compliance System (RCS) Implementation Workshop at TWC Headquarters on Wednesday, October 29, 2025. This event is a strategic step to ensure all company operations are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, while optimizing the effectiveness of risk management and compliance governance.

In his remarks, IDM Governance & Risk Management Group Head, Cahyo Sunarko, said that this activity aims to introduce and internalize the implementation of RCS as part of strengthening the company's compliance system.

"This workshop plays a crucial role in ensuring company compliance with regulations. Compliance is no longer seen as merely an administrative obligation, but rather a strategic asset that protects a company's value and reputation. Through the implementation of RCS, we are taking compliance governance to a more structured and sustainable level," he explained.

Cahyo further explained that RCS is an InJourney Group program developed in collaboration with Hukumonline, a technology-based compliance platform provider. This program is implemented across all entities within the InJourney Group to provide accurate, integrated, and accessible compliance data. real-time, thus facilitating monitoring and controlling compliance in every line of business.

RCS itself is a structured framework consisting of policies, procedures, and controls designed to ensure an organization complies with all applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and business ethics. By implementing this system, companies can reduce legal, financial, and reputational risks while increasing accountability and transparency in decision-making.

RCS helps companies automatically monitor and manage compliance, minimize legal risk, and support operational efficiency. The system also provides centralized and detailed compliance data, streamlining internal and external audits and expediting follow-up on potential non-compliances.
