IDM Enhances Soft Skills with MC & Digital Marketing Training for Bhakti Budaya Scholarship Recipients
InJourney Destination Management (IDM) brings development soft skill to 21 recipients of the Bhakti Budaya scholarship through training master of ceremonies, public speaking and digital marketing at the Sagan Heritage Hotel, Yogyakarta, Saturday (November 22, 2025). This activity aims to develop a competitive and culturally aware young generation, including dancers and musicians at the Prambanan Ramayana Theater and Performance.
CSR Department Head IDM Rototoge said that the Empowerment and Capacity Building activities Public Speaking and Digital Marketing This program is designed to enhance individual abilities beyond academics. It's hoped this will enhance soft skills that will be more professional and productive in the future.
"We hope this training will foster the development of participants' talents and interests, which will also impact their future professional careers. We are committed to continuing our presence and supporting the development of the potential of arts activists in our destinations," he explained.
A total of 21 recipients of the Bhakti Budaya Scholarship, consisting of school and university students, were selected based on their academic and professional abilities. soft skill the best and highly dedicated to preserving arts and culture in the Prambanan Temple area.
The Bhakti Budaya Scholarship Series is one of InJourney Destination Management's core Social and Environmental Responsibility programs for 2025. This program consists of three stages. The first stage is an online registration process. The second stage involves participants undergoing a direct assessment that includes character dimension analysis, general skills analysis, scholastic assessment, and more. The third stage involves participants undergoing an in-person interview.
A total of 45 participants were selected for the Bhakti Budaya Scholarship. This inaugural program represents PT TWC's commitment to preserving Indonesia's rich arts and culture through the development of qualified artists, both academically and through their artistic talents. This initiative is part of the company's mission to create sustainable cultural spaces and empower the younger generation to actively preserve the nation's cultural heritage.
"This is an extraordinary program from PT TWC. It's probably the first of its kind for the students who have been working alongside us as dancers, gamelan musicians, and drummers in Ramayana. We hope that these students will not only excel academically, but most importantly, that we can all preserve Indonesia's rich heritage, including traditional dance," explained IDM Corporate Secretary Destantiana Nurina.
Ramayana Ballet Prambanan is an icon of traditional art performances that consistently performs with the Prambanan Temple as the backdrop. The performance, which is widely known, both nationally and internationally, is brought to life by artists from both the elderly and the young generation.
