Interestingly, peak attendance occurred on Christmas Day, December 25, 2025, with 818 people watching a traditional arts performance, indicating the growing popularity of nighttime cultural attractions.

IDM Commercial Director, Gistang Panutur, assessed this achievement as a strong signal of the revival of culture-based tourism and a source of optimism for 2026.

"More than 285,000 visits in less than two weeks demonstrate that cultural heritage destinations remain a top choice for tourists. This provides a strong foundation for us to continue improving the quality of our services and the travel experience," he said, as quoted on Friday (January 2, 2026).

He emphasized that IDM is committed to providing tourism that is not only oriented towards the number of visits, but also the quality of experiences, cultural education, and environmental sustainability.

"We hope that tourists will return home with not only photos, but also spiritual experiences and a deeper appreciation for the richness of Indonesian culture," he concluded.
