Ahead of the State Visit, InJourney Destination Management Adjusts Prambanan Temple Operations and Ensures Tourist Comfort

InJourney Destination Management (IDM) is adjusting operational services at the Prambanan Temple Tourism Park Area in order to support the state visit agenda of the President of the Republic of Indonesia and the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi to the Prambanan Temple Area on July 8, 2026.

Tourist access will remain open to the Sewu Temple, Lumbung Temple, Bubrah Temple, and Siwa Field areas on July 7–8, 2026. Entry is through the Sewu Temple entrance in Klaten. Tickets purchased online for those dates remain valid, with adjustments to the visit area and additional amenities to enhance visitor experience. Meanwhile, tickets purchased on-site (on site) only until 15.00 WIB.

IDM Commercial Director Gistang Panutur emphasized that operational adjustments do not diminish the company's commitment to providing memorable heritage experiences for tourists. He stated that visitors will still have the opportunity to explore the rich culture and history that are the area's main attractions, while prioritizing safety and comfort.
