G20 Delegates Enjoy Roro Jonggrang and Sunrise Show at Borobudur

The G20 Education Working Group delegation enjoyed a number of travel experiences offered by destinations managed by PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko. Excellent service and strict health protocols are required for all officers in the field to welcome delegates from various friendly countries.

On Thursday (17/3) the delegation enjoyed dinner at the Rama Shinta Resto area. Guests from several countries were able to see the beauty of Prambanan Temple at night, while enjoying authentic dishes offered by the restaurant located in the Prambanan Ramayana Theater & Stage complex.

On Friday morning (18/3), the G20 Education Working Group group enjoyed the sunrise from the top of Borobudur Temple, Magelang, Central Java. Each participant was equipped with a flashlight as a lighting tool when walking along the stairs of Borobudur Temple.

The mist that envelops the Borobudur landscape at dawn adds to the exoticism of the Menoreh valley. After enjoying the sunrise panorama, participants were treated to a breakfast menu at Manohara Borobudur Resto.

After that, the G20 group rushed to the Prambanan Temple Tourism Park area. Special access was given to ensure the safety and comfort of the delegates and other tourists.

The delegates were taken on a tour of the largest Hindu temple complex in Indonesia. They saw and explored the reliefs in the Shiva Temple and other temples.

In addition, they were also invited to see a number of other temples in the TWC Prambanan area, including Sewu Temple, Bubrah Temple and Lumbung Temple. The combination of Hindu and Buddhist temples teaches about the diversity and tolerance of the Indonesian people.
