TWC CEO Reviews Raka's Interactive Adventure Ride at the Samudra Raksa Museum

TWC President Director Edy Setijono Reviews the Raka Adventure Interactive Ride at the Samudra Raksa Borobudur Museum, "We Want Children to Be Proud of Being a Glorious Indonesian Nation in the Maritime"

This 2018 Eid holiday season, there is a new attraction in the form of the Raka Adventure Interactive Cinema at the Samudraraksa Borobudur Museum.

"This is our process of revitalizing the Samudraraksa Museum that we have had since 2004. There is a masterpiece there in the form of a replica of the Samudraraksa ship that we successfully sailed in 2003-2004. This is a phenomenal thing because we can sail it all the way to Ghana in Africa. Now we are making a digital version so that visitors can understand more, know more about the Samudraraksa Ship," said Edy Setijono.

In this museum, a 114 meter long video panel is installed.

"We then designed this digitalization process and it became a model for the revitalization of the Samudraraksa Museum. Now in digital form, it has a 114-meter video panel, which is probably the longest video panel in Indonesia," added Edy Setijono.

It is hoped that through this facility, children will become more familiar with Indonesia's maritime history and be proud to be Indonesians.

"Our hope is that our children can learn more about the maritime history of our nation and have pride as an Indonesian nation that has indeed been glorious in the maritime since ancient times," he explained.

After the Eid holiday, TWC will conduct an evaluation and provide completeness to this ride, and in August, the grand launching of the Raka Adventure Interactive Ride will be held at the Samudra Raksa Borobudur Museum.
