Background
In accordance with the mandate of Law Number 14 of 2008 concerning Public Information Disclosure (UU KIP), the provisions of Article 13 paragraph (1) letter a of the KIP Law, that every public body is required to appoint an Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID). Based on this, PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur Prambanan & Ratu Boko as one of the State-Owned Enterprises is committed to realizing good corporate governance in accordance with GCG principles by establishing a Public Information service device and appointing an Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) through the Decree of the Board of Directors Number: SK.196 / UM.008 / DIR-2024 concerning the Formation and Appointment of the Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) Team of PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur Prambanan & Ratu Boko.
The PPID work apparatus has the responsibility to open information to the public. In this scheme, the PPID's position is as a catalyst for the connection of information for information applicants with public bodies. Through PPID, the flow of information related to PT TWC can be maintained and distributed to information applicants in accordance with applicable provisions.

Duties and functions of PPID
Based on the Decree of the Board of Directors Number SK.66/KP.204/DIR-2021 concerning the appointment of the Information and Documentation Management Officer, the PPID of PT TWC has the following duties:
- Storing, documenting and providing Public Information services quickly, accurately and responsibly in accordance with applicable provision.
- Coordinating the collection, classification, data collection and provision of information services that can be accessed by the public physically and electronically.
- Create, maintain and/or update the Public Information List periodically at least 1 (one) time in 1 (one) year.
- Document all information requests and assist PPID in preparing annual information service reports.
- Developing PPID competency capacity

Public Information Acquisition Cost Standards
In accordance with the Public Policy of PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur Prambanan & Ratu Boko which has been regulated in the Decree of the Board of Directors Number: SK.38/Direksi/2021 concerning Guidelines for Public Information Management and Services, it states that:
- The Information and Documentation Management Officer provides Public Information free of charge (no fees are charged).
- Costs incurred (duplication and/or delivery) for requests for public information from PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko are the responsibility of the Information Applicant.
