National Park and Nature Park Festival at Prambanan Temple Tourism Park

Towards the peak commemoration of National Nature Conservation Day on August 10, the Directorate General of Natural Resources and Ecosystem Conservation, Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) will hold the National Park and Nature Tourism Park Festival at Prambanan Temple on July 6-8, 2018.

This festival aims to make the public more familiar with the existence of 54 national parks and 118 nature tourism parks spread throughout Indonesia.

Various events will enliven this festival, such as an exhibition attended by the National Park Office and the Natural Resources Conservation Office as well as various parties involved in nature tourism.

This international-level activity consists of talk shows with various themes, arts and culture festivals, short film festivals, photography festivals, National Park Travel Fair, Open Trips to National Parks, and the Mount Merbabu National Park Mountain Bike Marathon to Mount Merapi National Park.

On the same occasion, the PJLHK Directorate will also launch several nature tourism service products in conservation areas, namely the Android application "Indonesian Nature Tourism", the jingle "Let's Go to the National Park", and the electronic ticket application for conservation tourism.
