IDM Distributes One Thousand Takjil to Residents in the Borobudur Art Village Area
PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan and Ratu Boko or InJourney Destination Management distributed a thousand takjil or fast-breaking food to residents passing through the Borobudur Art Village area, Magelang, Central Java, Tuesday (25/3/2025). The program titled #IDMigunani Ramadan Sepenuh Hati aims to strengthen the ties of friendship and the spirit of togetherness between the company and the surrounding community.
This activity was attended by the Director of Borobudur Tourism Park Mardijono Nugroho, Acting Corporate Secretary of IDM Destantiana Nurina, Business Support Group Head of PT TWC Unit Borobudur Ayunanto and Borobudur Police Chief, AKP Marsodik and Chairman of the Medang Kamulan Borobudur Cooperative Jimmy Belinda.
"#IDMigunani is our commitment to provide a positive impact on the welfare of residents around the company as well as to strengthen the spirit of togetherness between us and the community around the company," explained Borobudur Tourism Park Director Mardijono Nugroho.
This Environmental Social Responsibility (TJSL) program is in line with the social development pillars in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which aim to eradicate poverty and hunger to fulfill the primary needs of households ahead of the Eid al-Fitr 1446 H holiday.
In this month of Ramadan, PT TWC through the #IDMigunani program conducted social service activities at the Al Barokah Orphanage & Dhuafa in Prambanan, Sleman and also the Daarul Hikmah Orphanage, Borobudur, Magelang. The assistance provided was in the form of basic necessities such as rice, instant noodles, milk, cooking oil, and iftar meals as well as educational assistance.
In addition, PT TWC also distributed 1200 packages of breaking fast food (takjil) for residents in the Prambanan Temple area.
"This program is not only aimed at easing the burden of people in need, but also to strengthen the spirit of togetherness and mutual cooperation in this holy month of Ramadan," he concluded.
