Mariah Carey to Perform Two Hours at Borobudur Temple

Mariah Carey's solo concert, initiated by PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (Persero), is planned to last approximately two to two and a half hours with the magnificent Borobudur Temple as the backdrop.

The concert titled Borobudur Symphony Mariah Carey Live in concert with the Borobudur Temple as the backdrop will be held on November 6, 2018 at Lumbini field which is not far from the Borobudur Temple courtyard.

"This concert is single, will be opened directly by International Diva Mariah Carey with a full performance of approximately two to two and a half hours," said Edy Setijono, President Director of PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (Persero) in a press conference at the office of the Ministry of SOEs, Jl. Medan Merdeka, Central Jakarta, Tuesday (17/07/2018).

Edy further said, "Mariah Carey's concert will be held in the Borobudur Temple courtyard, Borobudur will be the background, we will be able to imagine with the combination of lighting, Mariah Carey will sing with the beauty of Borobudur, because this is what we hope, Borobudur as a masterpiece will look very elegant as the background of an international diva Mariah Carey performance, he said.
