Moving 4Ward Enlivens the 4th Anniversary of The Manohara Hotel Yogyakarta

The Manohara Hotel Yogyakarta celebrated its 4th Anniversary with the theme Moving 4Ward on Monday, November 4, 2024. Various activities were held to celebrate the 4th anniversary of the hotel, such as blood donation & health checks, CSR, healthy walks, and the People's Market.

The series of celebrations for the 4th Anniversary will take place from October 28, 2024 to November 4, 2024. This celebration marks the significant achievement of the 4-star hotel which is a pillar of the amenity business of PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan and Ratu Boko or Injourney Destination Management.

The series of activities for the 4th Anniversary of The Manohara Hotel Yogyakarta began with a blood donation event on October 28, 2024, which was attended by dozens of participants, including TMHY internal employees, PT TWC employees and the general public. This event managed to collect dozens of blood bags, which are expected to help meet the need for blood in the Yogyakarta area. In addition to blood donation, participants also received free comprehensive health check services, demonstrating The Manohara's commitment to supporting public health.

On October 29, 2024, The Manohara Hotel Yogyakarta, in collaboration with PT TWC, held a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity to support the Srikandi Women's Farmers Group (KWT) in Mrican Hamlet, Sleman, Yogyakarta. In this activity, The Manohara provided various kinds of vegetable seeds to KWT Srikandi, while also inviting participants to harvest agricultural products, such as cemani corn, kale, and water apples. In addition, participants were taught how to make pots from used water gallons as an effort to increase creativity and awareness of the importance of recycling.

The Manohara Hotel Yogyakarta once again demonstrated its commitment to building close relationships with the surrounding community through a fun walk activity with employees and Mrican residents on October 30, 2024. This event provided an opportunity for all employees to greet local residents directly, creating warmth and harmonious togetherness. 

On that occasion, The Manohara Hotel Yogyakarta also handed over assistance in the form of school supplies and first aid packages to children at RTP Gatotkaca, an open space that can be accessed by all people in Mrican. Through this activity, The Manohara hopes to continue to provide positive contributions to the surrounding environment and encourage a spirit of togetherness in the community.

At the peak of the 4th Anniversary celebration , The Manohara Hotel Yogyakarta held a meaningful People's Market event at the TMHY Ballroom as a form of gratitude with all staff and invited guests. The event was lively with a session of messages of impressions, giving mementos, cutting tumpeng, and praying together. Staff were also pampered with typical Jogja dishes from local vendors and entertainment that further enlivened the atmosphere, creating memorable memories for all in attendance.
