The Procurement Division of PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (Persero) will carry out the Selection of Project Management Consulting Services for the Construction of a Four-Star Hotel with 122 rooms and 130 roombays located on Jl. Affandi, Yogyakarta as follows:
A. Work Packages
- Job Title: Project Management Consulting Services for Hotel Development
- Location: Affandi Street, Gejayan, Yogyakarta
- Total HPS Value: Rp. 1.300.000.000,00 (One billion three hundred million rupiah), including applicable taxes.
- Budget : 2018
B. Participant Requirements
This Procurement Package is open to providers registered with the master vendor PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (Persero) and meet the following requirements:
- Business License: Trade (Consultation Services) (SIUP)
- Qualifications: Minimum K3
- Classification: Project Management Services related to Building Construction
- Sub Classification : KL. 403
C. Registration and Registration
For companies that do not have an ID, they can register with the electronic procurement system of PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (Persero) via the website http://procurement.borobudurpark.com/
For companies that already have an ID and have registered by sending a letter of interest to div.pengadaan@borobudurpark.co.id, they can download the procurement documents via the website with a password code that will be sent to the registration email.
D. Procurement Stage Schedule
The procurement stages are carried out according to the following schedule:
- Online Registration and Proof of Qualification (Prequalification): November 1, 2018 to November 7, 2018 at 23.59 WIB (online registration) and November 8, 2018 at 08.00 to 09.00 WIB (proof of Qualification)
- Announcement of Consultant Services Selection: October 31, 2018
- Registration & Letter of Interest: 5-8 November 2018 at 09.00 WIB
- Document Collection: November 7, 2018 after 13.00 (downloaded via web or sent via email)
- Job Description/ aanwijzing: November 8, 2018 at 09.10 WIB
- Submission of Offer: November 15, 2018 (according to Invitation)
