PT TWC Holds First Offline Ceremony to Celebrate 77th Anniversary of Indonesian Independence Day
The board of directors and management of PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko attended the ceremony to commemorate the 77th Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia in the yard of the PT TWC Head Office, Yogyakarta, Wednesday (17/8/2022). The first offline ceremony held after the pandemic was solemnly attended by the ceremony participants.
President Director of PT TWC Edy Setijono, who acted as the ceremony inspector, invited all ceremony participants to share their gratitude for the gift of independence by filling it with extraordinary works for the life of the nation and state.
"We as successors can fill our time to produce the best works for this nation. Our task is to fill independence, do not let the country that was founded with the blood and sweat of the extraordinary struggle of our predecessors become a weak country because the successors are unable to fill their independence with the best works," explained Edy Setijono in his message.
The celebration of the independence of the Republic of Indonesia must be interpreted as a moment to unite the goals to be involved in development, as mandated in the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution which ultimately realizes welfare and social justice for all Indonesian people.
"We need to address this challenge as an opportunity. Our synergy and collaboration become a strong team to recover faster and then become stronger," he said.
On that occasion, the President Director of PT TWC also introduced On Job Training (OJT) employees resulting from Joint Recruitment of BUMN. It is hoped that by adding talent in this company, it can accelerate the transformation process currently being carried out by PT TWC.
"Hopefully their presence can strengthen the TWC team towards the transformation we are undertaking into Indonesian Heritage Management," he said.
