In its management, PT TWC appointed a subsidiary, Bhiva, to carry out operational management of TMII in accordance with the proposal of PT Aviasi Pariwisata Indonesia (Persero) or Injourney as the shareholder of PT TWC.
"Hopefully, with this operational cooperation, PT Bhiva can carry out the mandate from the Ministry of State Secretariat which is forwarded through PT TWC to optimally manage state assets that have extraordinary value and were obtained through extraordinary struggle," said Setya Utama.
In addition, the President Director of PT TWC explained that with the existence of a separate entity that runs TMII, PT Bhiva is expected to be able to focus on managing TMII in order to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of TMII management and make it an area for preserving and developing national culture as well as being a means of educational tourism with a cultural dimension of the archipelago.
"We have high hopes that PT Bhiva can make TMII's name known as The Ultimate Showcase of Indonesian Beauty, of course in accordance with the four pillars of TMII management, namely Green, Smart, Inclusive, and Culture, which adhere to the principles of Good Corporate Governance," said Febrina.
On the same occasion, the President Director of PT Bhiva, Claudia Ingkiriwang, expressed his gratitude and asked for support for the management of TMII for the next five years.
"We realize that there are many hopes that we must entrust. For that, we ask for support from PT TWC as the parent company and also from the Ministry of State Secretariat as the patron of TMII. We hope that in the future TMII will become a culturally-minded tourist destination that is the pride of Indonesia and becomes the ultimate showcase," he said.
