PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan and Ratu Boko fully support the efforts of the Ministry of SOEs in raising awareness of the importance of mental health in Indonesia. This was marked by the holding of the Seribu Manusia Bercerita event in the Borobudur Temple area, Magelang, Central Java, Friday (12/1/2024).

This activity was initiated by the Ministry of SOEs in collaboration with Menjadi Manusia to present and support efforts to increase awareness of employee mental health in SOEs.

This event presents hundreds of BUMN personnel from Central Java and its surroundings. They have the opportunity to participate in a series of activities in the context of recovery in achieving mental health, including meditation in the Marga Utama area of Borobudur Temple, counseling sessions with counselors and psychologists, sound healing, practical strategy workshops for caring for mental health and others.

Special Staff III of the Minister of SOEs Arya Sinulingga said that employee mental health is one of the keys to a company's productivity and sustainability. Companies outside of SOEs can also do the same because millennials and gen z will be the mainstay of the productive human resources of the Indonesian nation in the future.

"Indonesia Emas 2045 will be dominated by the millennial and gen z generations. These generations will be the successors in building a sustainable economy. With a healthy mental condition and a comfortable work environment, our productivity and quality will definitely increase," Arya explained.

In the 1000 Manusia Bercerita activity, BUMN influencer and millennial participants had the opportunity to participate in a series of events. The first session began with meditation to sound healing by Putra Wiramuda (Mindfulness Practitioner) with a cool atmosphere and a panoramic view of the beauty of Borobudur temple in the morning.

After that, it was continued with an inspiring talk show activity by prominent speakers, including Andien (Musician), Meisya Sallwa (Writer), Lucia Poppy Novianti (Psychologist). Not only that, participants can also do free counseling with professional psychologists in the booths that have been provided.

This event was initiated by the Ministry of SOEs in collaboration with InJourney through PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan and Ratu Boko and Menjadi Manusia. This activity is expected to be a place to tell stories and consult for the millennial and gen z generations who have gone through personal journeys in facing challenges in the work environment and can have a positive impact in realizing sustainable economic growth.

Corporate Secretary of PT TWC AY Suhartanto expressed his support for the activity to raise awareness about maintaining employee mental health. This is expected to provide positive enthusiasm and have a real impact on employee productivity.

"Together, we want to present a safe and comfortable workspace for all parties. This will certainly improve good mental health and create a positive spirit to realize work productivity," he concluded.
