PT TWC Towards Informative in Public Information Disclosure
PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (Persero) has successfully achieved the Public Agency Towards Informative assessment category at the Public Information Disclosure Award held by the Central Information Commission (KIP). This predicate was achieved through the KIP's monitoring and evaluation process of the implementation of Law Number 14 of 2008 concerning Public Information Disclosure by PT TWC in the 2021 period.
PT TWC achieved a score of 88,04 and ranked 1st out of 15 other BUMNs in the Towards Informative category. This assessment places PT TWC in the 7th best ranking out of 101 BUMNs participating in the KIP assessment in 2021.
This achievement shows the acceleration of PT TWC's performance in realizing openness of information for the public in accordance with the mandate of the Law on Openness of Public Information.
"Since the implementation of the assessment, we have continued to participate. In 2019-2020 we were given the predicate of not informative. However, in 2021 we accelerated. It is something we are proud of. However, we are not complacent and will continue to optimize according to the times," explained Corporate Secretary of PT TWC Emilia Eny Utari in Yogyakarta, Tuesday (26/10/2021).
During the pandemic, acceleration and innovation efforts were carried out according to conditions and needs, such as shifting services from face-to-face (offline) to online services. Improvement efforts involving various work units were realized through digitalization of services that can be easily accessed by the public, both through the company's website and social media.
“Public information must keep up with the times. A few years ago, we might only be able to access it offline (face to face). However, now we present it online which can be accessed by the public through our corporate website. Of course, we will continue to develop this,” he continued.
PT TWC will continue to improve public information services and management until it reaches informative qualifications. This is in accordance with the principles of AKHLAK values applied by BUMN companies to realize good, clean, effective, and efficient governance.
