PT TWC IMPROVES IT GOVERNANCE MATURITY

PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (Persero) is committed to increasing digitalization in every work process. This is also related to the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles in the company.

In order to support this, the Directorate of Engineering and Infrastructure held an IT Maturity Level Assessment. This assessment is in accordance with the direction of the Ministry of SOEs as stated in letter number Per-02/MBU/2013 concerning the Guidelines for the Preparation of SOE Information Technology Management.

The assessment process started from December 30, 2020 to February 25, 2021. The assessment was carried out by a third party, in this case PT Transforma Rekayasa and Solusi, stating that PT TWC's IT Maturity Level Score was an average of 3,03.

The implementation of the IT Maturity Assessment is a benchmark for the maturity level of IT Governance implementation based on the Letter of the Minister of SOEs No. S-949/MBU/10/20 concerning the Aspirations of Shareholders/Capital Owners for the Preparation of the 2021 Company Work Plan and Budget dated October 23, 2020 regarding the obligation of SOEs to carry out an IT Maturity Level assessment by an Independent Party at least once every 2 years starting from 2021.

Director of Engineering and Infrastructure Mardijono Nugroho said that the digitalization process must be carried out to support the company's performance.

"Information technology governance in digitalization is important to provide added value to the company's business. Especially for PT TWC as the manager of world heritage destinations who are also required to participate in developing destinations in Joglosemar through joint ventures with various destination managers, such as Sam Po Kong in Semarang and Keraton Yogya," he said.
