Embracing Change and Transformation for Excellence Performance

The President Director of PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko, Febrina Intan, opened the 2023 First Semester Leadership Meeting (RAPIM I) at The Manohara Hotel Yogyakarta on Thursday, February 16, 2023. The event was attended by senior leaders from managers and above, embracing the theme of " Embracing Change and Transformation for Excellence in Performance ."

In her speech, Mrs. Febrina Intan reminded the Company of its mandate as the guardian of the nation's heritage not only for now but also for the future. This is also related to the fulfillment of better competency standards. 

"To the employees not to get used to something ordinary, but to have guidelines. Let's act professionally and be responsible for the mandate that is carried out," he said.

The two-day event, held from February 16-17, 2023, provided an opportunity for all departments to align their work programs. Each department, represented by its Vice President (VP) or General Manager (GM), presented its year-long work program and program priorities for the semester, followed by an interdepartmental discussion.

On the second day, after the department-wide discussions concluded, the event continued with a sharing session with Rene Suhardono, a book author and human resources consultant. Rene encouraged all participants to rediscover themselves and how they can contribute to their lives and work.

The event concluded with the signing of the management contract by the Board of Directors and VP/GM and the reading of the conclusions of the 2023 First Executive Meeting (RAPIM I). 2022 is a year of hope, as the post-pandemic economic recovery is beginning to be seen and its impact felt. Strengthening competencies and developing superior human resources to realize excellent service in sustainable tourism is the spirit of PT TWC to carry out its corporate agenda in 2023.
