In order to implement the work program to support the duties and functions of the Deputy for Institutional and Community Relations, especially in organizing coverage and documentation of tourist destinations, the Ministry of State Secretariat of the Republic of Indonesia conducted a visit to the Temple Tourism Park on February 6-7, 2018. The group visited the Prambanan Temple Tourism Park, Ratu Boko Palace, Ramayana Ballet and Borobudur Temple Tourism Park.

Media & Journalism Analyst at the Assistant Deputy for Public Relations of the Ministry of State Secretariat of the Republic of Indonesia Dimas Ariyoso said, "We want to explore more about culture, especially about temples, where we know that Borobudur is one of the wonders of the world. We want the wider community to know more, that when we visit the temple we do not only see the temple. I see in various media that there are already various innovations that have been carried out by the Temple Tourism Park, be it Borobudur, Prambanan or Ratu Boko. We want to see again and want to show the public what innovations have been created or produced so that later the public will be able to see and be interested in visiting the temple."

“In the past, people only saw temples as so-so. Now in this Temple Tourism Park, there have been many innovations made to attract or bring in more tourists. I refer to last year, there have been many changes now. I see there is shining Prambanan, umbrella themes, flying bicycles. I see that the Temple Tourism Park is very innovative, especially in terms of attracting tourists to come and can be a means of learning about history. I know a lot of this information through the media, changes raised by netizens, especially fans of social media such as IG and others, I see that this Temple Tourism Park has captured the desires of the community, especially following the millennial generation and I really appreciate this from the management of the Temple Tourism Park. " added Dimas.

Meanwhile, the GM of Prambanan Temple Tourism Park, Aryono Hendro, said that the visit of the team from the Indonesian Ministry of State Secretariat was to photograph the latest developments in tourist destinations in Indonesia, one of which is the Prambanan Temple Tourism Park.

"The group from the Indonesian Ministry of State Secretariat wants to update their website to be more matching with the current conditions. And this group will take pictures of all tourist destinations in Indonesia, one of which is the Taman Wisata Candi to color the new website. This group consists of around 11 people, consisting of young people who will take pictures of tourist areas that are in accordance with the perspective of today's young people. This group visited Prambanan, Ratu Boko then watched the Ramayana Ballet. The hope is that with this visit they will get an idea of the Taman Wisata Candi, one of which is Prambanan, so that this young generation will be interested in coming here." Said Aryono Hendro.
