[ Announcement ] Tender for Design & Build Construction Services (conditional) for the Construction of a Prayer Room

TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT

PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (Persero) invites service providers to participate in the auction with the following activity packages:

  1. Work Packages
Project name : Design & Build Construction Services (conditional) Construction of a Prayer Room
Project Location : Theatre and Performance Unit
Budget Ceiling : Rp1.683.747.000,00 (one billion six hundred eighty three million seven hundred and forty seven thousand rupiah)
Project Delivery System : “Design & Build (conditional)” or “Develop and Construct*"

 

  1. Requirements

This procurement package is open to providers registered with the Master Vendor of PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (Persero) and who meet the following requirements:

1. Have the resources to do it design development and Construction simultaneously in the next tender.

Specifically for design activities, this can be done in the following ways:

– Full in-house design for service providers who have an Integrated Construction Business Classification

– Design in collaboration with Individual Consultants or Planning Consultants

2. Have a minimum K3 qualification for construction services for building construction

3. Able to complete construction work with the develop & construct system. The Owner has provided planning documents in the form of Terms of Reference (TOR), Basic Design (consisting of Floor Plan, Elevation, Site Plan, Section, 3D exterior & interior perspective), and Technical Specifications. The Service Provider is requested to detail the Basic Design drawings and develop them into Detailed Engineering Drawings and carry out construction based on the DED that has been submitted and approved by the Owner.

 

 

  1. Registration and Document Retrieval

For companies that do not have an ID, they can register with the Electronic Procurement System of PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko (Persero) via the website http://procurement.borobudurpark.com/ and confirm with Mr. Aditya (081392699961).

Registration is done by sending a Statement of Interest Letter and Integrity Pact to the email div.pengadaan@borobudurpark.co.id with the attached format no later than August 25, 2019 at 20.00 WIB and confirming to Mr. Aditya (081392699961) to get a password that can be used to download the tender document.

 

Document retrieval is done by downloading it via the link listed below with the password that has been sent to the company that has provided the Statement of Interest Letter.
