World Figures Honor Borobudur Temple as Inspiration for Humanity & Civilization
The atmosphere in the Borobudur Temple area, Friday (4/5/2018) was busier than usual.
A number of cultural and religious figures and hundreds of people from various religious communities from various countries in Asia gathered this afternoon at Lumbini Park, the world cultural heritage temple complex.
Their presence was to attend the 3rd Borobudur International Conference which carries an important mission to uphold humanity and civilization.
Borobudur Temple was also chosen as a source of inspiration to carry out this noble ideal.
Marketing and Service Director of PT Taman Wisata Candi (TWC) Borobudur, Prambanan, and Ratu Boko, Ricky SP Siahaan, said that this international conference is an important forum attended by cultural and religious figures from various communities.
They came to express their views, to have a dialogue about Borobudur which has become an inspiration for maintaining human values, and achieving peace and harmony in life.
"Borobudur Temple is expected to be a source of inspiration for humanitarian values and civilization, to create peace and prosperity for people throughout the world," said Ricky, Friday (4/5/2018) at the 3rd BIC press conference at Lumbini Park, Borobudur Temple Complex, Magelang.
